TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN PACE

Private drivers and transfers for your time in Champagne.

From your arrival to your journey between vineyard visits, we help arrange private transportation around your plans.

Share your route, timing and party details, and we’ll discuss the service that fits your visit.

The right service for the journey.

Private transfers

Arrange a journey between Paris, an airport, a station or your accommodation in Champagne. Pickup, destination and timing are agreed in advance, with vehicle requirements matched to the information you provide.

A driver for your Champagne visits

If your day includes several estates, houses or restaurants, a private driver can connect the stops on your itinerary. The service period and route are confirmed with you before booking.

Local journeys and specific requests

Need transport for a restaurant reservation, a business appointment or another journey in the region? Tell us the details so we can check a suitable arrangement.

Your party. Your practical needs.

Private transportation means your vehicle is arranged for your own party, rather than shared with unrelated travelers.

To recommend a suitable option, we need to know how many people are traveling, the number and size of bags, and any requirements such as a child seat or additional assistance.

Vehicle type, seating, luggage capacity and any requested equipment must be confirmed before the service is booked. Please mention special requirements early so they can be checked properly.

Benjamin can personally accompany your journey when available, or we can arrange a selected professional chauffeur. Sedan and minivan options can be discussed according to your group and luggage. Let us know if air conditioning, Wi-Fi or another comfort feature is important so the vehicle’s equipment can be confirmed.

Daytime and overnight journeys can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. You can request transport through your hotel reception, by email or by WhatsApp. Short-notice local trips may be possible; advance planning is recommended for airport transfers.

The price depends on the route, vehicle and service duration. Payment arrangements can include a secure link for credit or debit card, or cash where agreed. Please confirm the available method with us before travel.

Coming to Champagne from Paris?

A private transfer can be arranged around a stay in Paris or an airport arrival. If you prefer to travel by train, tell us your planned arrival station and time so we can discuss transportation for the next part of the day.

You can also ask about a journey from Brussels or another city. Share the complete route so that feasibility, timing and vehicle availability can be checked.

When combining transport with cellar visits, realistic timing matters. We help look at the sequence of journeys and appointments so the plan fits the time you have available.

Do not assume a transfer includes sightseeing stops or waiting time unless they are listed in your proposal.

Help us prepare the right proposal.

– Pickup location and final destination.

– Date, preferred time and any arrival or departure constraints.

– Flight or train details when relevant.

– Number of passengers, including children.

– Number and size of luggage items.

– Planned stops and the time you expect to spend at each.

– Any equipment or accessibility requirements to check.

If parts of your itinerary are still undecided, tell us what you know so far. We can discuss the remaining details with you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Benjamin is amazing at what he does! He got us a last minute reservation at Ruinart for a blanc de blancs champagne tour for 3! He communicates beautifully and clearly, clears all doubts and makes the whole booking process so seamless !

With most of the champagne houses sold out and fully booked when we got to reims, Benjamin was a saving grace and made our trip a delight! He is certainly well connected and a pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable as well!

His professionalism, friendliness, and incredible connections made our trip seamless and luxurious. FULL REVIEW:
From the moment we arrived in Reims, Benjamin from My Champagne Concierge turned our trip into an unforgettable VIP experience. We discovered Benjamin through our hotel, and from the very first contact, his impeccable communication set the tone for our entire stay.

Benjamin's professionalism, friendliness, and passion were evident from the start. He was always 10 steps ahead, ensuring that nothing was ever an issue. His connections and knowledge of the Champagne region went beyond our highest expectations. One standout moment was when we struggled to book an English-speaking tour at Ruinart, our favorite champagne house. Despite our efforts, we could only secure a French-speaking tour. Within minutes of contacting Benjamin, he miraculously arranged an earlier English-speaking tour for us. This level of service was just a glimpse into the extraordinary experience he provided.

Benjamin handled everything with ease, from transfers and half-day tours to local knowledge and reservations. He also assisted with bar and restaurant reservations, ensuring each venue was of great quality and prepared to spoil me for my birthday. He worked exceptionally hard to make us feel like his only VIP clients, despite managing numerous others with competing priorities. With Benjamin, we always felt cool, calm, and collected.

The pinnacle of our trip was a private tasting and tour with one of the top wine producers in Reims, arranged exclusively by Benjamin. This unique experience was incredible and something we would never have achieved on our own. We feel we barely scratched the surface of his services, as he often mentioned many other offerings and exciting plans for the future.

If you're planning a visit to the Champagne region, I cannot recommend Benjamin from My Champagne Concierge highly enough. His dedication to providing a unique and luxurious experience is unparalleled. Reach out to Benjamin to transform your trip into a once-in-a-lifetime journey through Champagne.
