Vineyard Day is our full-day discovery with a private concierge, combining vineyard landscapes, village stops and visits to selected growers. Accompaniment, route and services are confirmed in your individual proposal.

Vineyard Day is listed as an eight-hour private experience on our booking calendar. Hotel pick-up, a picnic or restaurant stop, family estates and places such as Hautvillers, Reims Cathedral or Épernay’s Avenue de Champagne can be discussed when shaping your day. The agreed itinerary determines what is included.

Transportation

A private driver can be arranged as part of your itinerary. Vehicle requirements, pickup, drop-off and the scope of the service are confirmed before booking.

Meals and additional arrangements

A restaurant reservation does not automatically include the meal itself. We explain the services and payments involved in your proposal so you can review the total plan clearly.

He communicates beautifully and clearly, clears all doubts and makes the whole booking process so seamless !

From the moment we arrived in Reims, Benjamin from My Champagne Concierge turned our trip into an unforgettable VIP experience. We discovered Benjamin through our hotel, and from the very first contact, his impeccable communication set the tone for our entire stay.

Benjamin's professionalism, friendliness, and passion were evident from the start. He was always 10 steps ahead, ensuring that nothing was ever an issue. His connections and knowledge of the Champagne region went beyond our highest expectations. One standout moment was when we struggled to book an English-speaking tour at Ruinart, our favorite champagne house. Despite our efforts, we could only secure a French-speaking tour. Within minutes of contacting Benjamin, he miraculously arranged an earlier English-speaking tour for us. This level of service was just a glimpse into the extraordinary experience he provided.

Benjamin handled everything with ease, from transfers and half-day tours to local knowledge and reservations. He also assisted with bar and restaurant reservations, ensuring each venue was of great quality and prepared to spoil me for my birthday. He worked exceptionally hard to make us feel like his only VIP clients, despite managing numerous others with competing priorities. With Benjamin, we always felt cool, calm, and collected.
