Services and booking information
My Champagne Concierge helps visitors arrange Champagne experiences, cellar visits, restaurant reservations, private transportation and personal concierge requests. Website descriptions are provided for information. Availability, the identity of each service provider, the scope of the arrangements, prices and applicable conditions are confirmed individually before a booking is agreed.
When acting as an intermediary for a Champagne house, restaurant or another independent provider, Conciergerie Champenoise facilitates the arrangements requested by the customer. The provider remains responsible for performing its own service under the applicable contract and law. Conciergerie Champenoise remains responsible for its own obligations; nothing on this page excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Private transportation
Transportation may be carried out by Benjamin or arranged with an independent authorised transport operator. Passenger and luggage transport licence number supplied by Conciergerie Champenoise: 00824011501.
The operator carrying out a journey and the agreed vehicle requirements are identified when the service is confirmed. Each operator is responsible for the transport it performs and its legal obligations. The use of an independent driver does not remove any obligations that legally remain with Conciergerie Champenoise.
Shipping assistance
For shipping, Conciergerie Champenoise introduces customers to a specialist shipping provider. The provider prepares the quote and confirms packaging, collection, destinations, customs restrictions, insurance options, payment and delivery arrangements.
Please review the shipping provider’s conditions and any insurance terms before accepting its proposal. A loss, theft, delay or damaged parcel should be reported promptly to the provider under the applicable claims procedure. Liability is determined by the relevant contract and mandatory law; this introduction does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property and visual credits
The website’s texts, branding, layout, photographs and other materials are subject to the rights of Conciergerie Champenoise or their respective owners, where applicable. Access to the website does not transfer these rights.
