Benjamin founded My Champagne Concierge to bring these ideas together through thoughtful, personalized experiences.
Hospitality as a way of thinking.
Before creating My Champagne Concierge, Benjamin gained experience in luxury hospitality in Luxembourg, Canada, Switzerland and France, progressing from valet to concierge, head concierge and Maître de Maison.
Working with guests from different backgrounds taught him to pay attention to more than a list of reservations. Timing, preferences, communication and the ability to anticipate practical details all shape the quality of a stay.
That experience continues to guide his work today: listening carefully, making relevant recommendations and treating each request as part of a personal journey.
Champagne is the place he calls home.
Settled in Champagne since 2019, Benjamin has made the region home with his family.
Living in the region offers a different perspective from simply passing through it. Familiar routes, changing seasons, conversations with local professionals and the individuality of each estate all become part of understanding a place.
Benjamin draws on that knowledge when helping guests explore Champagne. A celebrated house may be the highlight of one visit; for someone else, the lasting memory may come from a conversation with an independent producer or a quiet moment overlooking the vines.
His role is to help find the combination that makes sense for you.

Alongside his concierge work, Benjamin has taught at the International School of Tunon in Reims since 2020, mentoring Bachelor’s and Master’s students in luxury hospitality, guest relations and concierge services. He also founded the Club Concierge Champenois, connecting young professionals from prestigious Champagne Maisons, hotels and students passionate about hospitality.
These activities reflect the same belief: good hospitality grows through knowledge, relationships and the willingness to keep learning.
