CONNECTING THE PEOPLE WHO WELCOME CHAMPAGNE
Club Concierge Champenois.
A professional community built around hospitality, local knowledge and the pleasure of sharing the Champagne region.
Founded by Benjamin, the club brings people together to exchange perspectives and develop connections across the local hospitality community.
Better knowledge begins with meeting people.
Hospitality professionals help shape the way visitors experience a place. Knowing the people behind a hotel, an estate or a guest service can bring more context to the recommendations they make.
The Club Concierge Champenois creates opportunities for these conversations, encouraging members and participants to learn about the region and one another’s work.
It is a space for professional exchange, distinct from the private services booked by travelers through My Champagne Concierge.
A shared interest in the guest experience.
Professional encounters
Meet people working across hospitality and related services, with opportunities to discuss their roles and perspectives.
Local discovery
Develop familiarity with Champagne through visits and conversations that help put places and experiences in context.
Knowledge and transmission
Share practical understanding of service, guest relations and the region, with a place for both experienced professionals and those learning the profession.
Activities, invitations and participation arrangements depend on the club’s current program.
A network with a personal point of contact.
Benjamin founded the Club Concierge Champenois as an extension of his interest in hospitality, local connections and sharing professional knowledge.
Margaux, Concierge Manager at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, joins Benjamin as Associate President, bringing her experience of luxury guest service. Anaïs, part of the hotel’s Guest Experience Maker concierge team, looks after the club’s digital presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
The network connects Champagne Houses, four- and five-star hotels, young hospitality professionals and students through meetings, local visits and shared learning.
For information about the club’s current activities, contacts or participation, please get in touch. We will direct your request to the appropriate person.
