Benjamin is the founder of My Champagne Concierge and dedicates his time to creating unforgettable memories for his guests.
A Champagne local by heart, he refined his expertise within prestigious palace hotels in Luxembourg, Switzerland and France before giving life to My Champagne Concierge.
His ambition is twofold :
To showcase Champagne and its terroir around the world, by sharing his knowledge, network and genuine passion for the region throught impeccable service.
To offer 5-star hotels in Champagne and Paris an external concierge solution, managing all Champagne-related requests and assisting guests who wish to discover the region, its vineyards and its finest Champagne houses.

Firstly the staff are superb! Super helpful and extremely kind. The concierge, Benjamin was such a pro and made sure we had all we needed. Arranged a fantastic tour and lunch for us and I was sad to be unable to say think you again in person.

Everything a traveler needs in an international hotel...Breakfast is exceptional, good way to start the day. Concierge Benjamin very professional + helpful. Rooms are a little small but nice. Walking distance to very good restaurants. We would stay here again.
