My Champagne Concierge introduces you to the agency and can help relay the information needed to begin your request. We can also assist with communication where agreed.

The shipping agency’s role

The agency assesses whether the shipment can be handled, prepares the quotation and confirms its packaging, collection, payment, transport and insurance arrangements.

The identity of the provider and the conditions applying to your shipment should be clear before you accept the quote. This service is not a guarantee that alcohol can be shipped to every destination.

Share the details

Provide the destination, the number of bottles or packages and where the goods are located. The agency will tell you what additional information it needs.

Review the quote

The agency checks the possible service and explains the price, packaging requirements, expected timing and available insurance options.

Confirm the arrangements

Once you accept the relevant terms, collection or handover, packaging and payment are arranged according to the agency’s process.

Follow your delivery

The agency provides the shipment information and tracking where available. Questions about transport or delivery should be addressed using the contact details supplied for the shipment.

– Number and description of the bottles or items.

– Location of the goods and collection requirements.

– Purchase invoices or declared value where requested.

Import requirements

Alcohol shipments may be restricted by destination and recipient conditions. The agency must confirm whether the proposed shipment can be accepted.

Duties, taxes and additional charges

Ask what the quote includes and whether customs charges, duties or other payments may be due separately.

Packaging, insurance and timing

Confirm the packaging standard, available insurance, claims process and delivery estimate with the agency. No universal delivery deadline or guarantee against breakage is promised on this page.

As a planning guide, allow up to 15 days for a shipment, with the delivery estimate confirmed by the agency for your destination. Processing follows the agency’s opening hours; customs requirements and the chosen service may affect the schedule.

The service can also cover other suitable parcels within France or internationally. Gift wrapping and personalised messages are not included. After the required documents and collection arrangements are agreed, the agency sends a payment link before dispatch and a tracking confirmation afterwards. You may contact the agency directly or ask us to help relay a query during regular business hours.

He communicates beautifully and clearly, clears all doubts and makes the whole booking process so seamless !

From the moment we arrived in Reims, Benjamin from My Champagne Concierge turned our trip into an unforgettable VIP experience. We discovered Benjamin through our hotel, and from the very first contact, his impeccable communication set the tone for our entire stay.

Benjamin's professionalism, friendliness, and passion were evident from the start. He was always 10 steps ahead, ensuring that nothing was ever an issue. His connections and knowledge of the Champagne region went beyond our highest expectations. One standout moment was when we struggled to book an English-speaking tour at Ruinart, our favorite champagne house. Despite our efforts, we could only secure a French-speaking tour. Within minutes of contacting Benjamin, he miraculously arranged an earlier English-speaking tour for us. This level of service was just a glimpse into the extraordinary experience he provided.

Benjamin handled everything with ease, from transfers and half-day tours to local knowledge and reservations. He also assisted with bar and restaurant reservations, ensuring each venue was of great quality and prepared to spoil me for my birthday. He worked exceptionally hard to make us feel like his only VIP clients, despite managing numerous others with competing priorities. With Benjamin, we always felt cool, calm, and collected.

The pinnacle of our trip was a private tasting and tour with one of the top wine producers in Reims, arranged exclusively by Benjamin.
