A passion for transmission and heritage
At the head of My Champagne Concierge, Benjamin leads the project with dedication, inspired by his background in luxury hospitality and his genuine attachment to the Champagne terroir. His mission is to showcase the richness of the region through authentic, tailor-made experiences that celebrate the history and culture of Champagne.

Settled in Champagne since 2019, Benjamin has combined his deep attachment to this historic region with the solid experience he has gained throughout his career in luxury hospitality. Having worked in concierge services within prestigious hotels in Luxembourg, Canada, Switzerland and France, he has developed a true passion for hospitality and service, always striving to create unique and memorable experiences.
This journey inspired him to create My Champagne Concierge , a project born from his desire to share the beauty and hidden treasures of Champagne. Through this initiative, Benjamin aims to highlight the authenticity of the region’s terroir while designing personalised moments for every visitor, whether through cellar tours, tastings or champagne-focused events.
With a thoughtful approach and meticulous attention to detail, My Champagne Concierge reflects his commitment to sharing his passion for the region and its heritage, while adapting to the expectations of each guest.
A dual expertise
After several years in the hospitality industry, Benjamin chose to settle in Champagne to share both his expertise and his passion for service.
He began his career as Chief Concierge and member of Les Clefs d’Or France, before becoming Maître de Maison in an exclusive private residence just steps away from Reims Cathedral. In this confidential location, he developed entirely bespoke services dedicated to an international clientele.
His role went far beyond the management of the property , it was about crafting refined, personalised and memorable experiences, with meticulous attention to detail. From organising complete stays to coordinating private dinners with in-house chefs, he consistently met the expectations of a discerning and demanding clientele.
In addition to his professional activities, Benjamin has been teaching since 2020 at the International School of Tunon in Reims, where he mentors Bachelor’s and Master’s students in luxury hospitality, guest relations and concierge services.
Building on his experience and the trusted network he developed with 5-star hotels, renowned Champagne Houses and luxury partners, he founded the Club Concierge Champenois.
This circle brings together young professionals from prestigious Maisons, 4- and 5-star hotels, as well as students passionate about hospitality and excellence.
Its purpose: to create a genuine synergy between passion, expertise and transmission, and to develop an exclusive network of Champagne concierge
