Founded and led by Benjamin, private concierge and hospitality lecturer, the Club Concierge Champenois has, over the past two years, established itself as a refined network dedicated to excellence in service and the promotion of Champagne’s most distinguished hospitality actors. Through curated encounters and immersive experiences, the club fosters meaningful connections between luxury hotels, Champagne houses, and guest experience professionals.



This year marks a new chapter with the arrival of Margaux, Concierge Manager at the prestigious Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, who joins as Associate President. Her vision and operational expertise further elevate the club’s ambition, reinforcing its positioning within the highest standards of international hospitality.

Alongside this leadership, Anaïs, member of the Guest Experience Maker (GEM) concierge team at Royal Champagne, oversees the club’s digital presence. Through LinkedIn and Instagram, she ensures a curated and elegant communication, reflecting the spirit and values of the Club Concierge Champenois.
